Speaker Guidelines
Please read all information carefully before uploading your presentation. These guidelines will help ensure that your presentation goes smoothly.
General Information
- All presenters are required to register as scientific attendees. Presenters are not eligible to register as one-day attendees, a guest, or with an exhibitor staff registration.
- Oral presentations are 15 minutes in length: 10-minute presentation, 5-minute questions and answers.
- Rehearse your presentation beforehand. Session moderators will hold you to your allotted time.
- Arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session (not the start of your talk).
Slide Requirements
- A 16:9 widescreen format will be used for projection of slides.
- The first slide should provide: title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s).
- The second slide should provide the author’s Conflict of Interest.
- There is no required template for presenter slides.
- You must secure any third-party permissions necessary for content that is not your own, original work.
Upload Your Presentation
- Please upload your slides in the Presentation Room at least 2 hours before your session.
- The presentation should be saved with the presentation_number and presenter name
"O_xy_PresenterName.pptx” (O_01 .. O_45).
